We were walking back to the house from an evening downtown. Our route had us crossing the grounds of the legislature and low and behold, there was a young stag, chowing down on the lush vegetation.

A few days later we were having happy hour out on our front porch when a stag strolled into our front yard…from our backyard! Right up the driveway that runs along the side of the house!

While it’s possible, even likely, that this is the same deer, it still begs the question:

WTH?

Our rental house and the legislature are nowhere NEAR a green area. This little fella seems to have wandered a long way through the urban jungle…without getting hurt!

Nature can be truly mind-boggling.

Or maybe the Green Party has a weird relocation policy.
