Just in case you were wondering, we had 11 legs on the north island, totalling 2462 kilometres (an estimated 2985 km driven including all the extras).

On the south island, we also had 11 legs with 3 lengthy side trips, totalling 3017 kilometres (3658 kilometres driven in total).

That’s a total of 22 legs and 6643 kilometres over 59 days.
The estimated number of turns is 9.4 million…ð
I didn’t turn on the windshield wipers 5 times. Damn blinkers are on the wrong side. ðĄ
No accidents.
Drove briefly on the wrong side of the road 3 times…because there was no traffic.
Not too bad I think.
I hope I do as well in Tasmania!!
